Deposit & Payment
A $100 deposit is required to reserve an event date and is applied toward the total booking price. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Events booked within 48 hours require payment in full. Cancellation, refund, weather, and rescheduling terms are governed by the separate Weather & Cancellation Policy.
Weather & Cancellation
Fairway Drop is designed to operate in typical Pacific Northwest weather. Normal rain, light rain, drizzle, intermittent showers, and cool weather do not cancel an event when the setup can be operated safely.
Fairway Drop may adapt the setup using weather protection or relocate the simulator to a suitable covered or indoor location when necessary.
Fairway Drop may stop, postpone, or relocate an event when conditions are unsafe. Unsafe conditions include lightning, dangerous winds or wind gusts, severe rain that threatens equipment or safety, flooding or standing water, or conditions that prevent the equipment from being safely anchored or operated.
If Fairway Drop determines that weather conditions make operation unsafe, we will first attempt to relocate the setup to a suitable covered or indoor location. If relocation is not reasonably possible, the event may be rescheduled at no additional charge and all payments will transfer to the new event date.
If Fairway Drop determines conditions are unsafe and reasonable rescheduling is not possible, payments made for the event will be refunded.
Customer Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event: the $100 deposit may be transferred one time to another available event date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event: the $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event or after the remaining balance has been paid: all payments are non-refundable.
No-shows and same-day customer cancellations are non-refundable.
Weather-related cancellations are handled separately under the Weather & Cancellation terms above.
